What does a support coordinator do?
- Research and assess disability service providers to find the best fit for participants' needs
- Negotiate with providers on services and pricing
- Provide financial advice and liaise with Plan Managers if applicable
- Arrange additional assessments to meet funding requirements
- Help resolve problems or issues related to the NDIS or NDIA
- Support participants in having their NDIS plans reviewed
- Assist with coordinating and accessing disability services efficiently
